try putting a piece of cardboard between the radiator and grill.

did you check the heater control valve it is located usually on the top of the motor and it shuts off the flow of water into the heater core

if your water pump is working and your fluid level is right you should have heat unless you have a air pocket in your system.
Blend door cable/control broken?
check for a pen jammed in the blower motor
