Jeep forums - Need advice changing the heater core in a '00 Jeep GC, manuals, diagrams, dash is removed Thanks

with dash removed disconnect heater hoses at firewall,drain refrigerant from ac then disconect ac hoses at firewall. there is 4 or 5 studs and nuts on the fire wall that hold ac box in place remove them then the support screws from inside remove entire hvac. case then remove top of case and replace heater core. Iwould be tempted to change evaporater at the same time.
